What Kaya Treats

Chronic joint pain (knee, hip, shoulder, spine), arthritis, declining strength and mobility, post-injury function, age-related physical decline, and conditions appropriate for platelet-rich plasma (PRP) regenerative care.

What Kaya Does Not Do

Kaya does not bill insurance, does not prescribe opioids as a primary pain strategy, and is not a procedure mill. Patients who need urgent surgical care or higher-intensity interventional pain management will be referred elsewhere.

Care Philosophy

Care is delivered as a sequence — Evaluation, Candidacy, Preparation, Treatment, Recovery — not as a single visit. Dr. Lazaro makes an honest candidacy determination before any treatment is recommended. Patients are guided and supported as active participants in their care.

Service Area

Glendale, Surprise, Sun City, Peoria, and the broader Phoenix West Valley.
